You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make up and damage fee. The original tags must be attached and intact.
Intimates, swimwear, sunglasses, accessories, jewelry, headgear, and all final sale/clearance are not eligible for returns.
If you feel you have received a defective or damage item, please contact with us within the first 3 business days of the delivery date.
Once we have received your item within the first 7 calendar days of the receipt of your item, we will inspect your item and notify you that we have received your return. You will be notified immediately upon completion of the inspection and updated on the status of your returned item. Currently, we do not offer cash refunds. There is a high demand of certain products and our inventory moves very fast. You may return your item for a store credit only. We do not offer exchanges as the same item may not be available due to our inventory.
When mailing a return, please ensure your package is securely packaged. We are not responsible for any damage or lost items during the return to our store. Please check with your postal/deliver carrier.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPTED ANY RETURNS WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL TAGS IN ATTACH PROPERLY.
If your returned item is ineligible for restocking, postmarked after the 7th calendar day, or unable to be resold, your item can be shipped back to you at your own expense. Shipping cost is non-refundable. We will make every effort to contact you and during this time will hold the ineligible item up to 48 hours from the date of first initial contact either via email or telephone. Should we not hear back from you within 48 hours, we will donate the item to a local Women’s Shelter or charity.
We will work to ship items out the same day if they are received by 1PM Monday through Friday or the next business day after the order has been placed. For holidays, Friday afternoons after 1PM, weekends, and Inventory Audit Days, it may take up to three business days before shipping. If it is an Inventory Audit Day, you will be made aware on our website.
Once your order has been shipped out, tracking information will be provided to you via email.
If your tracking information shows that your item has not been delivered for some unexplained reasons, please notify us and we will be happy to assist you.
If you wish to reship an unclaimed, undelivered, and/or refused item that was returned to our store, you will be responsible for a new shipping cost.
We are not responsible any lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. Please be sure to check your shipping information at check out before submitting your order! If you wish to file a claim, please notify the appropriate delivery service. Before submitting a claim, also check with your neighbors!
